Taking that perfect shot means you need to be ready, and so does your gear. So in case you’re at the right place at the right time but you still need to take your camera out of your bag – Doh! you missed it. So you’re thinking – a camera strap – however, traveling with a camera hanging on your neck is heavy and looks so bad, and while on your shoulder swinging around and not too comfortable.
After a ton of user research and testing over 100 different designs and materials, the designers at Joby came up with a new dynamic camera strap. It’s called the UltraFit Sling Strap and it will make your photography comfortable, secured and super fast.
Made from high-performance webbing and a lightweight layered-pad technology, the UltraFit Sling Strap feels comfortable with both Compact System cameras and DSLR’s, distributing the weight of your camera nicely while keeping a perfect fit.
What makes this strap so unique is it dynamically adjusts with a quick draw and pull. And although there’s a bit of a learning curve here, we think it’s definitely worth it.
First, secure your sling strap to your camera by tightening the thumbscrew completely. Secondly, to cinch it tight against your body, pull your camera and the circular chest pivot ring in opposite directions. For extra security, lock the strap.
Third, to return to shooting mode, unlock the strap, grab your camera by its grip and draw it forward. The strap fluidly extends to arm’s length.
Snap! Got it!
There are two versions available for both men and women.
It’s recommended to periodically check the tightness of the thumbscrew.
